Please note:
All items posted with Australia post can be tracked on the Australia post website and the USPS website using the same tracking number. If an item takes longer than usual to arrive, please contact your local post office to see if there are any delays or interruptions.
If a parcel gets completely lost and you chose the insured option at checkout, I can re-make an item (if possible) or refund the item with an insurance claim from Australia Post.
If the insurance option was not chosen, I cannot be responsible for the missing item and will not issue a refund or new item.
