Garnet Star & Moon ring
The Moon is considered a luminary but she produces no light of her own. She is reliant upon the sun’s light to reflect or mirror her image to our earthly eyes.
When at a crescent, the dark of the Moon creates deeply dark evenings. This is when people throughout time have seen the stars at their brightest. This was one of the important times when the priestesses of the mysteries of the feminine ruled and practiced their magic.
Hand made in my studio from sterling silver, this piece holds a gorgeous rhodolite garnet.
